Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how stbl admin ("we", "us", "our") handles personal data when you use https://stbladmin.com and the stbl admin application (the "Service"). We process personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is:
- [Legal entity name], [address], KvK [number]
- Contact: [privacy email, e.g. privacy@stbladmin.com]
2. What data we process
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored securely), and Plan.
- Wallet data: the public wallet addresses you connect, and the public on-chain transaction data linked to them. This is read-only; we never access private keys or funds.
- Invoice and client data: information you enter to create invoices and match payments.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we receive limited details such as Plan, status, and invoices.
- Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Service is used.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the Service and your account (performance of a contract).
- To process payments and manage subscriptions (contract, legal obligation).
- To improve and secure the Service, and for analytics (legitimate interest).
- To send service-related messages (contract) and, where required, marketing only with your consent.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Public blockchain data
The wallet addresses you connect, and their transactions, exist on public blockchains and are inherently public and permanent. We read this data to organize it for you, but we do not control or remove on-chain data.
5. Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, blockchain data and price providers, and analytics), under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations (such as tax and accounting retention periods).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). To exercise your rights, contact [privacy email].
9. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the Service and, where applicable, analytics cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie settings we provide. [Link to cookie settings or details, if used.]
10. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice.
